Time Window is the time slot that the service should be performed. For example, the parcel should only be delivered between 9 AM to 12 PM. When the time window is specified, the system will take into consideration of this time constraint when planning the routes.
Time Windows can be used to divide your deliveries into different several time slots.
In the following example, 2 Time Windows have been created – AM from 9 AM to 12 PM; and PM from 1 PM to 6:30 PM.
After planning, the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) will be automatically assigned to the vehicles according to the specified Time Window.
How To Set Up Time Window
- Navigate to Settings > Time Windows.
- Click Add Time Windows.
- Fill in the data. For example:
- Click Save.

Manual Addition of Stops
When creating jobs, you may specify the Time Window – AM or PM in the Time Window field.
Import Of CSV File
In your CSV file, you may specify the Time Window, e.g. AM or PM prior to importing the file.
