What is a stop?
A stop is a location on the map that the vehicle / driver needs to visit / serve in order to complete the plan.
What is a vehicle?
In ElasticRoute, we treat a vehicle the same as a driver. A vehicle is your asset that will visit / serve the stops.
Can I make changes after planning?
We allow for unlimited planning and re-planning so you can make any change you need and re-plan again anytime.
Can I integrate with ElasticRoute?
Yes, we offer free access to the Dashboard API for all accounts and client libraries in some of the more popular languages.
What happens after my free trial?
After your free trial ends in 14 days, you will be switched to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, all plans are contract-free. However, there will not be any refund for annual upfront payments.
Can I cancel my driver(s) anytime?
Yes, once you submit a cancellation request via the billing system you will no longer be invoiced for the cancelled driver(s).
